Here's
what you need to do:

| Submit a completed grant application to Ms Boyd for administrative review by Friday, October 20, 2006. |
| Please limit grant applications to two per PTA member. List separate companies on different applications. List separate projects on different applications. |
| Attach a completed order form for the products/materials that you are requesting. The PTA Grants Committee will make recoimmendations for Awards. Any PTA member may join the Grants Committee. | Applications are available on-line at Riverdale's website http://www.riverdale.ocps.net/parents_page/ or can be picked up in the PTA mailbox. |
| PTA does not have a credit card and most items can be purchased via a website. This ia a fast and easy way to obtain items. If we approve your grant and it is @200.00 or less, we are requesting that you purchase these items and then submit your receipt for reimbursement. |
